I have received suggestions to remove the candidates' profiles from okpofe.com until the process to select/elect a new Eze is restarted. I agree with this because, the process is currently suspended, and there are no official candidates for the stool of Eze Okpofe at this time. It may not be completely accurate to continue to publish the profiles of the interested parties as candidates for now. Once the process is restated, I will wait for candidates or candidate representatives to request that their profiles be published. Once again, publication of these candidates is solely as a part of providing information to my people and not an indication of personal interest or affiliation to any candidate or candidates. To remain fair and neutral, I will publish any and all profiles given to me by candidates or candidate representatives. I believe that these profiles are helpful for us to know the candidates better, and hopefully, lead us to understand their vision for our great community. We will continue to use Okpofe Town Hall to exchange views, even as related to candidates and their profiles. Personal attacks and derogatory statements will however be deleted. I will continue to entertain suggestions and ideas on how to make okpofe.com a better meeting place for all of us around the world
